We do not accept returns or exchanges for any size related issues. The buyer must follow our measuring guidelines and size charts for EACH product in their order. Please do not guess your sizes.
NEW SIZE REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you have received your order and forgot to follow our measuring guidelines and size charts, we can now ship new sizes to you at the cost of shipping on EACH item under our size replacement policy.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We only offer refunds and replacements if the product is defective or does not match the product description. If your purchase is defective or does not match the product description, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include photos and describe the issue so that we can have it resolved.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

NON REFUNDABLE
- Buyer did not choose the right size. It is the buyers responsibility to use follow our measuring guidelines and use our size charts before placing an order.
- Buyer no longer wants the items. The buyer must make sure that they want to buy the items before submitting an order.
- Package is experiencing shipping delays. Refer to our shipping policy for more information.
PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note that we cannot cancel orders after 24 hours has passed because orders are put into processing and prepped for shipping immediately. If you ordered the wrong size or item by accident, please contact us right away so that we can make the appropriate changes to your order.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PLEASE NOTE: If shipping address is filled out incorrectly, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please make sure your address is accurate to avoid these type of issues. (We will do our best to help locate your package but we cannot issue a refund nor send a replacement)
